How do I unlock a new region?
Pass the Region Quiz of Champagne with at least 80%. Then you choose your second destination yourself: Burgundy, the Mosel, Piedmont or Rioja. The other regions can be unlocked soon.
Can I go back to a region I have already done?
Yes. Tap the name of the region at the top of the home screen and choose another one; your progress is kept per region.
My progress is gone
Progress is stored locally on your device. It disappears if you delete the app or tap “Start over” in your profile. There is no cloud backup, so unfortunately we cannot bring it back.
Why is it raining in the app?
Because it is raining at that moment in the region you are reading about. The app fetches the weather forecast for the coordinates of the wine region.
I found a mistake in a story or a quiz question
Please let us know. Email what is wrong and where you saw it, and we will fix it.
What are tasting notes?
Under Learn you can record a wine the way wine courses teach it, the WSET way or the SDEN way. The first time you choose which method you know; you can switch at any time, top right or in your Profile. Your notes stay on your phone.
How do I delete a tasting note?
Swipe the note to the left in the list and tap Delete. In an open note, the button is at the bottom.
Does Cosecha work on Android?
Not yet. There is only an iPhone version for now.
Does the app cost money?
No. Champagne and one region of your choice are free in the app. More regions can be unlocked soon.
